Rodolphe Babeu was born on October 5, 1894 in North Adams, Massachusetts (listed on birth certificate as Joseph Vinas Rodolphe Babeu).

Rodolphe married Rose Belanger at the age of 22 on October 8, 1917 in North Adams. They were married by Father John B. Lamothe. At the time his family lived at 74 Cleveland Avenue in North Adams.

Rodolphe died in August 1975.
